About Everywhere at Once Festival 2026
Everywhere At Once is a national celebration of grassroots live music.
Taking place across hundreds of venues across the UK, the festival brings together grassroots promoters, artists and communities to highlight the importance of grassroots music venues.
Why It Matters
Grassroots venues are the foundation of the UK’s live music ecosystem.
They are where artists develop, scenes grow and communities come together.
Everywhere At Once exists to celebrate and support that ecosystem.
The Organisations Behind the Festival
Music Venue Trust
Music Venue Trust is a UK registered charity which acts to protect, secure and improve Grassroots Music Venues. Created in January 2014, we aim to secure the long-term future of iconic Grassroots Music Venues such as Hull Adelphi, Exeter Cavern, Southampton Joiners, The 100 Club, Band on the Wall, Tunbridge Wells Forum etc.
Save Our Scene
SOS started as a campaign fundraising for cultural charities during the Covid-19 lockdown, raising over £30,000. Partnering with Music Venue Trust in 2024 and have since co-founded and created the Liveline Fund alongside AIP to address challenges with the national touring circuit which will support UK venues, artists, and promoters.
Association of Independent Promoters
The Association of Independent Promoters (AIP) is a not for profit Community Interest Company which brings together independent promoters from across the UK. Their aim is to represent, empower and provide a vital support network to promoters.
The National Lottery
National Lottery players are one of the biggest backers of grassroots music – because of them over £1bn has gone to support music over the last 30 years. That’s why The National Lottery has teamed up with Music Venue Trust to create the UK’s biggest ever music festival - supporting hundreds of grassroots venues across the UK. This builds on a long-standing relationship with the MVT that includes The National Lottery’s Revive Live Tour in 2021 – providing vital backing to venues across the UK following the impact of Covid.
